Array SMD series horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is a multi-stage section centrifugal pump with excellent hydraulic modelling that results in a high-efficiency, high-energy operation. It’s superior design also lead to stable &
safe operation, a long service life, and ease of installation & maintenance.
The pump is able to deliver heated water, oil, corrosive or wearable medium by changing its material of construction, sealing options and adding of a cooling system. The SMD range consist of the D pump, DG pump, DM pump, DF pump & DY pump.
Features
★ Shaft sealing are available in two types. Gland packing or mechanical seals(single or double type), and come with options including external flushing and /or cooling for different applications.
★ Advanced technology hydraulic design, ensuring minimum number of stages, hence reducing shaft length and distance between bearings. The shaft in 420 stainless steel material as standard, ensuring maximun lifespan. SS316 and duplex stainless steel available as options.
★ High quality mechanical seal as standard.
★ Replaceable double wear rings are fitted on every stage, hence increase maintainability.
★ High efficiency, stable & solid design.
Operating Limits
★ Maximum capacity up to 840 m3/h.
★ Clean water or slightly-aggressive liquid compatible to pump material of construction. (Type DY pump can deliver oil products
without solid particles and viscosity up to 120 cSt)
★ Temperature range of up to 150 °C.
★ Maximum discharge pressure up to 39 bar.
★ Maximum operating speed up to 2,900 r.p.m. at 50Hz (3,600 r.p.m. at 60Hz).
