★ THE GEOMETRICAL SHAPE OF FOUR (TRIPLE) ECCENTRIC

Eccentric 1: The stem shaft located behind the valve seat shaft, so that the sealing parts can be completely in contact with the entire valve seat.

Eccentric 2: The center line of the valve stem is off the line and the center line of the valve, which is free from the interference of the valve opening and closing.

Eccentric 3: The cine shaft of the valve seat is deviated from the center line of the valve stem so that the friction can be eliminated when the close and open. This enable an even and consistent tight sealing effects around the entire valve seat.

Eccentric 4: Based on normal triple eccentric cone body, Array has one more eccentric. This can eliminate the engaging dead zone of the plate’s sealing ring and the valve seat completely. There will be no self-lock during operating while the operating torque is low.

★ WORKING PRINCIPLE

Array Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve. The valve four (trile) metal to metal seal enable it to close tightly in both directions. While the geometrical shape ensures that the valve plate sealing ring is only in contact with the valve seat when the valve is closed.

Thus, the sealing parts will not generate friction or wear and can produce a torque, so the seal has enough “weling” performance to ensure that the contact of the seal  is even and consistent to achieve the both direction zero leakage sealing effects.
