Array SFXS series split case centrifugal pumps are a new generation of high performance single stage, double suction, split casing pumps. These pumps are used in delivering high volumes of water yet maintaining very high efficiencies, reducing power consumptions.
The efficiency of the Array SFXS Series pumps are generally 2-3% higher in efficiency than most of the competition in the market. These pumps are generally used in water plants, HVAC water circulation, building water supply, irrigation & drainage, power plants, industrial plants, fire-fighting, mining and the shipping & marine industry applications.
Features
★ The sturdy structure & excellent design of the SFXS
pumps means that it operates with more stability
and less noise & vibration.
★ The SFXS pumps are designed to be installed inlined
with the pipeline, providing simple pipeline
setup.
★ High quality mechanical seal as standard.
★ By designing the pump with thicker pump casing,
between-bearing middle support, special cooling seals
and oil lubricated bearings, the pump is able to operate
and withstand a high fluid temperature of 200°C.
★ The efficiency of the Array SFXS single
stage double suction split casing pump is 2-3% higher
than similar designs available in the market. This
increased in efficiency is due to advance hydraulic
modelling techniques used and results in greater
operating cost savings for the operators.
Operating Limits
★ Maximum capacity up to 16236 m³/h.
★ Clean water or slightly-aggressive liquid compatible to pump material of construction.
★ Temperature range up to 200 °C (with special cooling arrangement)
★ Maximum discharge pressure 150 bar. (Depending on pump models, material of construction and temperature of fluid handled)
★ Maximum operating speed up to 3,600 r.p.m. at 60Hz.
